Our Team

Our team is the most important and precious asset that makes us successful.  We are proud of our unique skills and being of service to various marine construction projects all over Indonesia.  The sea is our passion in which we share our livelihood and futures. 

Our team size varies depending on the ongoing projects.  While many construction workers are employed on a project basis, our team consists of about 200 local talents employed permanently to retain the unique skills required in marine construction. 

The company is fully owned by Indonesians, and run by professionals including women. Most of our new hires are recruited as apprentices in Lampung.  They undergo on-the-job training while assisting the more skilled personnel at our seaside workshop in Lampung.  Increasingly our new hires consist of not only apprentices but also fresh graduates from various universities in Indonesia.
